In the elementary department, each child is identified in terms of residency which covers 6- 7 years unless he is accelerated to the higher PACE levels.
PARENTAL INVOLVMENT
Parent orientation and conferences promote a good understanding between parents or guardians and the faculty/ administration of this school. Every parent is required to participate in these informative and helpful programs.
The first of such meetings will be held at the opening of school. Ordinarily a parent meeting is scheduled following the first quarter, at Christmas, following the third quarter and then at Awards and Banquet Night.
Parent Conferences with the supervisor are scheduled following the first, second, third, and fourth quarters.
Parents may be asked to spend on-school day in the Learning Center where they will experience Learning Center routines and procedures in order to better understand our program.

Progress Reports are given to parents during the Parent- Teacher Conference following each nine- week period. The report is to be signed by one parent and returned to the school promptly.
DISCIPLINE
We are not a corrective institution. Consequently, we ask that a child not be enrolled with the idea that we will reform him. We are here to work with the home, but not to take the place of parents who have experienced difficulty in fulfilling their roles.
All new students are admitted on probation for the first six weeks.
Students must conduct themselves in a manner becoming of a Christian at all times. Griping is not tolerated. If your child does come home complaining about a policy or discipline, please follow this procedures.
A. Give the staff the benefit of the doubt.
B. Realize that his/her reporting is emotionally biased without all the information.
C. Realize that we have reasons for all rules and that they are enforced without favour.
D. Support the management and call us for fact.
When the student’s attitude is not in accord with the school policies or principles, the student will be placed on probation; both parents are to be called for conference. If within two weeks, the management sees that the situation has not changed; parents will be asked to withdraw the student.
High school students because of their testimony before younger children are trained to adhere to the school’s philosophy and Christ centered program. Such adherence includes abstinence from smoking, use of alcoholic beverages, use of narcotics, listening to indecent secular music and dance, swearing, viewing or discussing indecent movies, involving in a boy-girl relationship or any other questionable practices.
This school is dedicated to the training of children in a program of study, activity, and living that is Christ- centered. We believe that “all things should be done decently and in order” and that our students should be taught to accept a given responsibility to “walk honourably before all men” Here, discipline is maintained to be firm, consistent, fair, and tempered with love. Our staffs maintain standards of behavior in the classroom through kindness, love, and genuine regard for their students.
